Details
Myrtus nivellei, the Saharan myrtle, is a shrub endemic to the mountains of the central Sahara. Its Tuareg name is tefeltest. Wikipedia accepts two subspecies: subsp. nivellei, from the Tassili n'Ajjer in southern Algeria and south-western Libya, and subsp. tibesticus, from the Tibesti in Chad. It grows in small areas of sparse relict montane woodland. The article says the Tuareg use it as a traditional medicinal plant. This entry rests on that one article. It does not say which part is used, how it is prepared, or what it is used for, so no form detail is recorded beyond the whole plant. The roster lists the tradition as Tuareg, and the article supports that only through the Tuareg name and the Tuareg medicinal use.
